The Former Army Chief in the West African State of Cote D'voire Robert Gueie
has announced overthrowing the Democratic Government of Andre Konan Bedie,
suspended both the Parliament and the Constitution.  This action apparently
followed a military mutinee after troops rampaged through the Capital Abidjan
looting and shooting in the air, according to the MSN news and BBC.
