MB,
   I think ID card means identification card. It can
be passport, voter's card,driver's license and the
regular ID card, because they all carry picture. Why
should they emphasis only the regular ID card. The
president sometime stop the issue of passport and now
the government is forcing it's citizen to obtain an ID
card. This does not make sense to me.
Mr. Kebba Ceesay, I am still waiting for your reply.
