Dear APRC Government:

The recent budget speech by SOS Jatta is the saddest of the saddest in The
Gambia's history. Without a clear picture and direction to govern, Jammeh and
the entire APRC governvent should just resign immediately. They have failed
the Gambin people. Their irresponsible fiscal policies have trippled the
spiral effect of conditions in Tha Gambia to the worst of the worst.

Leaving politics neutral, I am convinced that the APRC's tenure in governing
has set the Gambia to dark ages. It is serious the APRC be put on notice that
things are of the worst kind, and thus it must swallow its pride and leave the
government immediately.

It is disturbing that there is no sense of direction on the part the ARRC
government. Taxes are increased to the max. How on earth does it expect to
collect revenue, when it takes away the very incentives that generate them?

I was alarmed in reading SOS Jatta's tax hikes. His sense of direction in
revenue enhancement has derailed to the lowest. The APRC government must have
realized by now that its long-term borrowings, coupled with irresponsible
fiscal policies have stagnated our economic elements to move to the lowest
direction.

The Gambia is at the lowest point of the scale. The APRC government has
failed. Your policies will continue to fail.

Naphiyo,
Comrade ML Jassey-Conteh
