PDOIS was never affected by the decree you quoted (decree 89).So I don't have a clue as to the political maturity you giving them credit for.Infact there were a lot of Gambians who stood for something way before the emergence of PDOIS. The pdois need to re-asses their strategies because evidently what they 've doing for the last decade didn't bear any concrete results.They want to be all things at all times and ended nothing at anytime.
