Great addendums.

Financial incentives have to be there for folks to either start small scale
or engage in the type of risk taking which our president harped about in his
interview. In fact, the govt. has to be actively involved in encouraging
folks to start their own businesses etc. This however is not an easy venture
and requires a lot of discipline and planning. If we are organized,
disciplined and honest, this can be achieved. But first and foremost, the
correct type of atmosphere should be fostered to also allow for foreign
investment.

If I recall correctly, Gassa, some time last year, hailed the new fishing
pkant in Tanji as an awesome development for the country. Now that the
president has expressed dismay at its present state, I wonder what Gassa has
to say about its failure?
