Very interesting project featured on Bobvila.com. Good for the  environment 
also because of the recycling value.
With regard to Gambia, there is definitely a market for a competent,  
reliable contractor who Gambians in the diaspora can entrust their hard  earned money 
to with the confidence that their building projects will be  completed to 
their satisfaction without any bad experiences, so the market is  there for the 
taking. The stories of people trying to complete building  projects while not 
on the ground and the ensuing problems abound. Your  proposed projects sound 
interesting.

Barrow a 1984 Civil Engineering Graduate of  Georgia Institute of

I  personally own a lot of land in the Gambia and will be building a  variety 
 
of homes that we hope will give some choices to our  clients.  Our  
sub-divisions will feature single family  dwellings, town homes, and some  
town homes or 
Apartment styles for  timeshare.  I have large  plots of land at Sanyang 
Beach,  
Tanjie, and on Brikama-Sanyang  highway.  I am building a web  site right now 
that will feature some of our  completed homes here in  Florida, some floor 
plans that clients can choose from,  financing  and more.  We can also create 
computer generated custom home   plans.  

We intent to start our first model sometime in January  2007.  Please  keep
