Question anyone. Was Sir Dawda not banned for 20 years by some decree that
arose out of a commission of enquiry, and were there not others as well? Has
this been resolved? I hope so because it would indeed be a waste of time if
all these people think that this decree being lifted has now given them the
green light to go ahead only to find that they are still banned under some
other decree that is still in the books.
