There is a free removal tool at the following address if you are
infected:

Instructions for the tool:

1. Download the FixBadtr.exe file from:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBadtr.exe

2. Save the file to a convenient location, such as your download
folder or the Windows desktop (or removable media that is known
to be uninfected, if possible).

3. Double-click the FixBadtr.exe file to start the removal tool.

You can only execute the virus attachment without opening it if you
read email on a PC with either Outlook or Outlook Express and
you have a version of Internet Explorer that is vulnerable to the so-
called auto-open bug. See the following link for more information
and a patch.
