posting.I don't know what is delaying Rwanda tribunal
court.The 1994 genocide in Rwanda was one of the
biggest failure of UN.The butchers that influence the
killing of half a million people are sheltered in
comfortable cells in Aruzia Tanzania because of UN
bureaucracy which delaying the judicial process.
