Hi folks,

I just finished reading an interesting survey in "The Economist" magazine (Nov. 3,
2001 edition). The survey was written by Peter Drucker and discusses the near
future, i.e. the next 20 to 25 years. I strongly recommend you take a look at the
article, either at their Web site (http://www.economist.com - by the way, I'm not
sure it's free for people who are not subscribers to the print edition; but it's
still worth a try), or from your local library. Also, the Nov. 10 edition of the
same magazine has a survey on technology and poor countries. But I haven't read that
yet because, for some reason, my copy was lost in the mail, and they had to re-send
me another one which just I received just today!

And to all those Njoben Njobens, and Ceesays, you have no idea how sorry I feel for
you. Please stop the crying, get with the Ramadan program. Finally, belated
greetings, and best wishes for the month of Ramadan to all of you.

Katim
