It is not my intention to make you feel, it is your "responsibility" to
provide for me the provisions of decree 89. I thought, the way you wrote
with certainty that PDOIS was not affected by it, you should have like a
copy of the decree in question and or know its contents by heart. That was
all, nothing more.
