    I have just finished rereading your proposals. I agreed entirely with the
road map you have sketched for the future. It is my sincere hope that those
whose duty it is to enact upon it post haste, will heed your clarion calls
for dialogue, justice and reconciliation, and not harden positions that are
untenable and retrogressive.
