It was with great concern that i learned the GIA flight transporting pilgrims to Saudi Arabia has been delayed related to some mechanical problems with the aeroplane and passengers have been asked to listen to the radio for what will happen next. Would greatly appreciate it if Tombong Saidy or somebody with the GIA could explain why there was no backup flight just in the event of such problems. I was also told the GIA was negotiating for another flight. What are the developments with the negotiations?
