Dear List memebers, I started a new Web communitys that you may enjoy, named Gambia. Angelika Prox Dampha =======================Forwarded Message======================= In the Gambia List it was proposed to get in touch with all Gambians that are not residents in the Gambia or will not be in the Gambia by the time the election will be taking place. The idea was to look for a way for those people to vote from wherever they are. A very good idea, that is already practised by other democracys since long time. Letīs get started! ================================================================= For registration I think a more secret way would be sensible.I am working on a new website on Gambia too. I think I will be possible to include a registration form there. I also tried free fax and phone to mail services for access from US, and mail services to mobiles (SMS) in Germany or worldwide. In order to coordinate activies a cyberspace office could be a good solution. Any other suggestions from the list?
