Bill and Melinda Gates $1B (yep, 1 billion dollars!) scholarship fund that they have set up for minorities. The deadline is MARCH 15, and apparently not many students have enrolled. The requirements include, minimum of 3.3 GPA, leadership in community activities, and low income. One has to be nominated for these scholarships.
