Mr. Sey, please grow up!  Few on the "L" knew you were an Ambassador
before the incident of April 10 and 11.  As a representative of the
Government of the Gambia, are we answerable to you or you to us?  The
people you're calling "die hards" have nothing against you.  What
most on the "L" criticize you for was your statements regarding the
butchery of April 10/11.  In the heat of the discussion, you
indicated that some of the martyrs were related to you and Yahya.
Mr. Sey, I have the feeling that you lied and you lied for Yahya too,
for none of the victims has to date been identified as a relative of
his.  This is not an insult, for a person who willingly and knowingly
endeavors to deceit another is called a lair.  Just because most
chose to focus on the task at hand does not mean that we missed that
point.  It's not too late to apologize for your misrepresentations,
for only a fool would be too proud to stand corrected.  None has time
to intimidate you on this "L", and no one is after your blood.
However, when you deal with independent minds, you'd better be
straight and narrow if you want respect.  You shall tell the truth,
for it will set you free.  I now leave you with your conscience.
