Brother Latjor - Point of correction. Those who were instrumental in obtaining a response from President Bill Clinton were Concerned Gambians, USA chapter. We were each tasked with different responsibilities and thank goodness many were able to deliver. Our collective efforts, and I repeat, collective, has gotten us to where we are and will carry us to where we want to get to. Soffie Ps. Anyone of us could have forwarded President Clinton's response to the L and when the idea was circulated to our distribution list, I responded to the e-mail saying that I would, in my capacity as one of the coordinator's of our efforts. -----Original Message----- From: latjor ndow [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Monday, June 05, 2000 12:33 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: President Clinton's Response Greetings: We have uploaded the original copy of Bill Clinton's letter to the Concerned Gambians on the Student Massacre at the gambian.com website, for validation reasons. Also would like to also commend those who were instrumental in obtaining a reaction from the U.S. President.
