However to be a Barrister one has to do the Bar exams and all that it entails. Without it though one can still be a solicitor but not a barrister. This is my understanding as a non-lawyer. I also think we should avoid slandering people. Ousman's name only came up from Ebrima's source. He has not accepted the post nor has the government formalized his appointment. In the heat of the struggle we may become over enthustiastic. I believe we can still appeal to the good sense of Ousman to turn down the offer if that is confirmed rather dragging his name in the mud. I hope you read this in good faith.
