Brother Lamin Manneh You are truly well informed about the electoral process and deserved to be a specialist on election matters I have a simple and maybe dumb question How can you as an ordinary citizen verify that the persons voting are infact Gambian (not refugees from Sierra leone or Liberia-as we have a lot of them in Banjul lately? Suppose they show up with legitimate voting cards and you want to verify that they can indeed vote (as a concerned citizen) , How can you do it without confronting the authorities???
