Joe and L'ers: It is indeed a play but a very tragic one. Reading the "speech" or shall I say "script",I tried to figure out if this man is for real or is he just trying out for a "deranged stand up comic". It is mind boggling, insulting and heart wrenching to have a "head of state" utter such words of hate and think nothing of it.
