National Accounts Manager

Embedded Systems Engineer
Salaried/Exempt
MSEE plus 2 years prior experience of micro-controller circuit and firmware
design. Design and develop multi-user KVM switch products that are operating
system and application independent, and able to provide centralized control
of hundreds of computers. Create hardware schematic design and layout,
including advanced FPGA/VHDL technology, containing precise video circuitry
design, and facilitating hardware/software integration. Develop embedded
system firmware in C or Assembly language, targeted to various
micro-controller technologies, utilizing real time operating system
services. Interact and communicate with both PC and Sun systems via keyboard
and mouse protocols. Build, test, and redesign circuit prototypes. Provide
technical support to the manufacturing plant in Taiwan regarding design
modification and new feature enhancement.
Sales Support Rep
Hourly/Non-Exempt
Provide proactive customer service and sales support to existing customers
and our National Sales Team. Responsibilities include calling current
customers to determine level of satisfaction, generating leads, providing
follow-up, taking incoming calls to answer general product questions, and
being the contact point when Sales Managers are unavailable. The Sales
Support Rep will also provide administrative support to the National Sales
Team as needed. Customer Service and/or Telemarketing experience required.
This position is ideal for a success driven professional with excellent
communication skills, ability to handle multiple diverse tasks and hi-tech
interests.
Reseller Sales
Salaried/Exempt
We have an opening for an in-house sales rep to develop our reseller
relationships. The successful candidate will have at least 5 yrs of channel
and reseller sales experience in a hi-tech environment.
Product Manager
Salaried/Exempt
This position will take responsibility for the launch and overall success of
a new, major product line. Responsibilities include performing and/or
directing market research, working closely with beta sites, competitive
analysis, pricing, marketing, public relations, sales materials, training
sales and customer service, field sales engineering support, defining
ongoing enhancements. Successful candidate will have minimum 5 years
product management or sales/marketing experience in high-tech industry.
Engineering or technical training a plus.
