I will join Ylva in her advice to contact the existing local NGOs about your
efforts. The best and easiest way to go about this endeavour is to use the
resources available to these groups out there rather than having to start
from scratch. I suppose you would like to avoid a duplication of efforts and
un-necessary use of time and resource.
As some of you have already suggested, try to get in touch with these groups
and co-ordinate your efforts with them.
