It looks like from precedence if it the firings are found unlawful
the supreme court will rule accordingly.  

I, personally, have really been surprised at the independence of some
of these justices and the judiciary as a whole.  We hope this will be
an ongoing thing for that would be a glimmer of hope.

How feasible is it for the Gambia Supreme Court to overturn the
dismissal of
the IEC Boss? Once it is this body that ruled against the Gov't in
it's case
with the IEC. And it's believed that's the reason for the Bishop's
dismissal.
Some legal advise please,anyone.
