I agree with you that Fama Njie of Discovery Tours winning the Individual Enterprises Award shouldn't be a surprise to those who know her. Fama is one of the most hardworking, honest, and modest human being one can ever meet. Regardless of her gender she a fighter in a male dominated society.
I wish her many more successes.
