I joined the mass extending condolences to the family of Master Dixon Colley.
May his eternal soul rest in perfect peace.
The Gambia have really lost a very dedicated and prominent journalist and
human being. As a young high school student interested in writing, I vividly
remember my couple of visits to his office/home, and his stop byes at the
Information department just to say hi to all. I could remember his words to
me when Sanna 'Tiks' Manneh was in court with the former regime.
Mr. Dixon Colley was a mentor to a lot of young Gambians who were interested
in journalism and civility in the Gambian society. He certainly will be
missed.

Ousman Bojang.
