Dampha, Kanteh and Jeng I would like to take this oppurtinity to urge each and everyone to not let this issue divide us. We know each others stance and exchanges here and there will not change our different positions. I just hope PDOIS will come down to earth and face the reality that right now, at this present moment, there is a man in our homeland who is eternalising his presidency of the gambia and does not give a hoot what kind of letter they write or what the populace think. I hope everyone concerned will realize that the APRC stalwarts are acting with impunity and doing as they please. The attendees of the meeting at LONDON is not what matters but the theme is whats important. Since we all agree that the theme of the meeting was to restore sanity to our homeland, we should all give it our support. Remember fellows, we have very limited options. Prospects for an election is cloudy, we do not want an uprising. Where then, do we stand? Pressure and more pressure. Irrespective of who attends what, we have a common goal and we can always settle our differences when calm returns. Right now is not the time. Like they say here, lets move on Alagie Barrow Nashville Tennessee. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe/subscribe or view archives of postings, go to the Gambia-L Web interface at: http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/gambia-l.html You may also send subscription requests to [log in to unmask] if you have problems accessing the web interface and remember to write your full name and e-mail address. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
