Ms Joh,

much of the land in question is land belonging to the Bajo Kunda family of Gunjur (includes Momodou Clerk Bajo, Aki Bajo, etc).  The land extends to the bother with Kartong and one of their family members made deals with foreigners for huge plots of land without the knowledge of the rest.  I understand the legal process is ongoing.  If its not the same case, then excuse me.
