These words of yours are really humbling and does carry a lot of meaning.

Dumo Saho is a decent man who is being incacerated simply because he  dared not to be indifferent to the misery of the Gambian people.  His crime is to serve his people in the most noble manner one can think of.

Those people accusing us in the opposition of being angry are dishonest and hypocritical to say the least.  For them people like Dumo lingering in prison without any charges brought against him means nothing, instead they want us to prattle about the silly projects the murderers are implementing. The likes of the 'intellectual Buffoon', Kebba 'Joke' Nying are the wants i'm referring to here.  When challenged with the naked fact as with the Dumo case he will ignore it and will instead spin lies 'about Waa Juwara' being anti-women. Yet whatever he is taken to task he accuses us of stultifying his opinion. Talk about a whinger. As far as i am concern Waa Juwara's comment do not amount to being a chauvinist.

If you want to see chauvinistic pigs, look no further than the APRC and its supporters.  We all know about big wigs in the APRC who are known 'wife bitters'. The head of the GRTS was kicked out his diplomatic post for uncouth behaviour towards women. I have a relative married to an NIA officer who is a real thug.  But i do blame this relative of mine. She is a very educated woman, who is pursuing at present an MA yet her husband never hesitates to inflict violence on her whenever they argue.  I must say i feel little pity for my relative since she is more happy to attack me for telling her how her thuggish her husband is .

For KEBBA 'JOKE' Nying: as long as he comes up with his  unashamed defence of the Murdering Thugs APRC;  he will continue to here 'what he refers to as idiotic rants' from me.  I am happy to be called mad, idiotic and whatever adjectives he can muster from the English language as long as i know i am not indifferent to the plight of Dumo and all the families suffering from the bullying of the APRC. No illusions here.

Saiks, thanks for reminding those of us who are not 'fence sitters' about the plight of Dumo.  The truth is with Dumo and he shall be vindicated.

Regards,

Mboge

>During one of my visit to Dumo I met with two Scandinavian couples who were visiting him.It was their last day of visit, they were to retuned back to Sweden,it was a very moving moment when they were leaving, they cried, they did try to hide their tears from him but he without doubt knew that they were as bitter as he was.It was not a question of being sorry for him,but a question of feeling the injustice even though one does not share the same condition with him behind the prison walls.
> The seriousness of the charges level against Dumo ,that he was involved in plans to overthrow the Government,a crime in which if found guilty could mean the end of his days. But how serious must we take the State in such a case when for more than 10 months they are still not able to set up a serious court proceedings? Is the situation not proving some of us right when we all the time insist that this is a question of trying to silent the Brother for his opposition to the fascist regime and set an example for the rest of us ?Is the delay of justices not a proof that the State has no evidence to bring forward in convincing the court that Dumo was involved in a plan to overthrow the government ?Knowing this regime as I do,had they enough evidence, there would have been a televise proceedings of this case for many months ago.But as Comrade Dumo also always keep insisting on,why are they not taking him to court to proof to the Gambian people and the whole world that he was involved in a crime against the State, why the delay, why.
>The serious problem facing the Judicial system in our country could evidently be found in the constant crisis facing that Department, they even had to fired their own man Pap Che for reasons known only to them. The firing and hiring of judges based not on their professional qualities but on the simple facts that they have taking decisions against, not the interest of justice or the Gambian People, but against the interest of the AFPRC.
>When such is the situation how can we have trust in our Judicial system ?Any Judge taking decision, that involved the interest of the AFPRC regime would always have at the back of his/her mind that he/she has a choice to make, that is ,either to be loyal to the ethics of the profession,by looking at the facts presented or save his skin by going according to the wishes of the AFPRC.
>A politicised Judicial System is always at war with her nation. The Gambian People have a deep sense of justice and they are using every possible moments to express their indignation and bitterness against the Judicial system. That they have no trust in it is no hidden fact, that is why all those I spoke to about the comrade, for them,he is a symbol of injustice in their country.Denying him Justice is in contrary not producing any fear of the Fascist Sate in their minds,it has prepared the Gambian People in their opposition against the fascist State, they know the price they have to pay and they tell you. When those couples return to their country they will have to tell many of the injustice in our country but they would certainly tell that it is because of the struggle against this injustice that their Gambian friend is still behind the bars.In other words, that the Gambian People are not indifferent to the conditions in their country.
