Folks, thanks for all your efforts in uniting to host the July 4 event.  I understand negotiations are on-going and we appreciate all your hard work.  Upon all that, I wish to request one favor for some of us coming from out of state.  Is it possible to let us know at your earliest convenience what your plans are in relation to the event? Some of us would like to make our airline bookings early and not wait until the last minute, however, contingent on the program or agenda.  Thanks for your assistance in this request.
