In actual fact, in most cases, whenever there is a factual problem in/with my sources' e-mail, the mistake/error is normally from my end. Sometimes, the information is given to me on the phone, and when I come to write it, I might have unintentionally misrepresented what I was told. In some cases, I might have edited the e-mail badly, or cut the wrong the letter "T" if you know what I mean.
