Pah: I believe that you are taking a wrong turn of political strategy against the APRC. We have to be realistic in dealing with the new government. We must respect the wish of the Gambian people and find alternatives in seeking justice. One thing that is tormenting me is the vote buying in the last election. We should petition the IEC to make vote buying a crime. We cannot succeed against the APRC if laws are not passed for free and fair elections. As long as the APRC government is at liberty to bribe the electorate, we have a long way to go. On another substantive nature, we have to give the APRC government the will to lead the Gambian people. Please let us put our country first. Let us respect the office of the president. Whether we like it or not, yahya is our leader. We must remain a loyal opposition. "I submit that Gambians CANNOT ‘negotiate’ with Yaya and his cohorts. We have to DEFEAT them." KB Brother don`t you think that to defeat them demands that all the attempts so far made without sucess must be subjected to serious analysis and correct conclutions. a viable strategy and tactics must be drawn and implimented that will bring about the expected victorious results. if this is not done, we will only prolong the illusion of defeating them.what lessons have we learned from the presidential elections? _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp <<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>> To view archives of postings, go to the Gambia-L Web interface at: http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/gambia-l.html To contact the List Management, please send an e-mail to: [log in to unmask] <<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>> -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ . <<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>> To view archives of postings, go to the Gambia-L Web interface at: http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/gambia-l.html To contact the List Management, please send an e-mail to: [log in to unmask] <<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>//\\<<//\\>>
