Kabir, It is evident that there is a lot of double-standards in international relations. That the US government would turn a blind eye to the continuing occupation of Palestinian lands by the Jewish state, to the weekly beheadings of common criminals in Saudi Arabia and the total disregard for women's rights, and all the other countless number of countries that play second fiddle to human rights, is an indication of the inequality that governs inter-state relations.
