Ablie & Gassa,

This is a welcome development for our nation and I congratulate the
government and people of The gambia. The suspension of direct aid to the
government by the U.S government had a chilling effect to our national
endeavors. With the restoration of bilateral relationship The Gambia may
stand to benefit in the dot-com project which until now few African
countries have benefited including Senegal.

I encourage the government to continue to enhance whatever they are doing to
merit this development.

Africa must move on.
