Gassama, thanks very much for sharing your experience in Singapore. It's good leadership, good leadership, good leadership and nothing but good leadership. For 37 years and counting, we still do not have the leadership we need. I am also glad that you touched on the attitude of our people. we are poor, yet still we are too good to do most jobs. This has to change and a good place to start is with the leadership. Lastly, its location, location, and location. Folks, we've got something to work with why don't we capitalize on our fortune. Foreigners see the value in what we've got, how come we cannot see it. The road to success is not easy, but sitting down and watching makes it a lot more difficult. For starters, lets change our outlook, shall we?
