However, the main stem of Faye's comments centers on where the brother's grave is, and why is he not recognized like the other followers (close) of the prophet? Is it a coincidence that this applies to only him among his close followers? We have to tell our story and if I can say that the crusaders were nothing but marauding beasts driven by white supremacy, then I surely would not hesitate to call the Almoravids marauding beasts driven by Arab supremacy. And if no Arab wants to acknowledge Billal and his contributions to Islam to the point of not identifying his grave, then I would not hesitate to call their actions/inaction racist, today.
