Raja casablanca's re- emergence as Africa's top club side received a big boost in Banjul Saturday as they beat Gambia's Wallidan 3-1, all goals coming in the second half. The match got off to a slow start but Raja could have even got ahead in the 42nd minute if Aboucheroune Hicham had not squandered a penalty after Ali Jallow was tripped in the Wallidan box.But the visitors quickly amended the blunder on resumption.Ali Jallow was back in the same position but this time he punished a sloppy defensive work by Walldan to link team mate and Cameronian Francois Elokan who dispatched a floater to make it 1-0.The Morroccan celebrants which included Gambian fisrt lady Zenaibou Jammeh a citizen of Morrocco had to look back when Wallidan sudden,ly equalised two minutes later through Bai Omar Samba as Ali Jallow scored twice in rapid successsion to make 3-1(64th and 69th mimutes respectively ) Raja pogresses 5-2 on aggregate.
