I believe it would have a football academy as well where young kids would learn to play football in addition to other subjects It is expected to be opened to kids between the ages of 6 - 10 years old who show some signs of talent. The FA is supposed to come up with a project proposal and if the cost exceeds the $400,000 to be provided by FIFA, the FA would have to secure the additional funds that would be required. It was also disclosed that the money would be disbursed to the contractors directly and not through the FA.
