Dave Manneh asked:

"Now that Mr. Njie has left Gamtel who will be his successor, do you know?"

Dave, during Dr. Njie's long and illustrious carrier he has helped nurture the carrier of many a staff of Gamtel. As it happens, we have a deputy Managing Director in the person of Mr. Phoday Sissay, who was director of Customer Care until his promotion a few months back. That aside, there are at least a dozen others who are fully capable of stepping into Mr. Njie's shoes. That is the legacy of the man. Perhaps you will recall that in 1995 at least six of the top 10 Gamtel staff were removed from office but life went on.

Ams Jallow, why don't you do yourself a favour and come to terms with the reality of what is on the ground here. Your infantile postings mean zilch to the majority of people on the list.

Have a good day, Gassa.
