Thank you for the information and i guess it will be very good if they are well documented. This makes me really missed Wassa Fatty in London who would also take me down to the Gambian history with all the political movements and struggles. As i always told him information like these need to be documented.
 
Sanusi has raised my interest in Pa Ali Jammeh even though i don't have a clue about  him and what he was doing. I believe these are  people we need to know.
 
Maybe you can start  an oral history project on the L, getting people to bring in any information they have dating back to the colonial days. This way we may find answers to Sanusi's question and my desire to know more about our history and many others. I hope i am not asking too much.
