Ebou i would start with your reply to my recent reaction to the satire that Ams Jallow(false name though)sent in,where he was attempting to threaten me and junglesunrise(for a post Jammeh era's court room....)The satire might have been finally endorsed by those who are guarding the machines were the old notes we saw here are currently being recycled.Indeed he who jokes about yelling at defence councils knows not the essence of "jokes"! Now is the time for those who rejected and misunderstood my humour some few weeks ago to come on board."Wallaa!" (as a Kaolack/karang taxi driver would say)this is where humour shouldn't be part of the show! But that humour is to ridicule Yero and jungle then its welcome on board! You see Ebou i know for sure that IT WILL TAKE A LONG LONG TIME before some of these pseudo-opponents can earn my recognition and respect! It really makes me wonder when certain individuals on line see themselves as "saints" before their mirrors, and some of us know the difference between 'husk'and the real grains! Even Milosevic is being given the micro phone to defend himself after all the 'internationalised' allegations. Infact what is more serious a crime as far as the current war against terrorism is concerned, than joining the ranks of the Taliban?! With reference to the latter didn't we see Walker(the american) citizen being flown home and given the possibility of defending himself atleast! Now these so-called barons on line are yearning for a democratised Gambia without giving due consideration to ethics, standards and values. The countries in which some of these pseudo-Gambian-opponents are and misusing their valuable time by staying on line only to be insulting decent folks in the Gambia, (thanks to the pieces of paper)(assylum etc)...are countries that are teaching them politics of decency and the rule of law i suppose?! But to my surprise and to the surprise of many we tend to be seeing a team of angry people yearning for VENGEANCE EVERY EVENING WHEN THEY GO TO BED! I have been following the trend of all debates on the L and other fora where Gambians converge but its really unfortunate because the culture of "ataya" vous and as i do call it "kabudu" plateau is always around! For the sake of satisfying this "kabudu" syndrome (which exists in Gambian politics at all levels)...some times we see people praising each other herein like kids!Indeed they themselves know that the "values" and "standards" that can enable them reach the peak of even the lowest hillocks within the plains of world politics are ABSENT! Many a times you see or hear words like "it was a fantastic piece" when in actual fact the writer who supported didn't mean it! Do you know why?! Because some usually lobby for such support behind the scenes pretending to form some kind of cohesion against the current status quo! That Ebou i consider ridiculous politics.Gambian politics goes to the extend where we refuse to recognise the talents from opponents or if they cannot dispute facts then the choice is usually what the wollofs call:" nangne koh deff sėt weye!" meaning lets avoid him because we cannot convince him! Can you imagine people like that leading a country one day?! Then you know what will happen?! A series of assasinations within the ranks! I some times laugh aloud when i imagine some being so obsessed to the idea of "killing" Yeromama! "killing" Gassama! ALL BECAUSE OF US SPEAKING OUR MINDS! A wise opponent will never threaten the other party with VENGEANCE and dark dens or cells!Infact who amongst them(the pseudo-opponents)knows how deep our own contacts are in the west?! Do they?! Anyway if paranoia and the disease of self agrandissement strike the skulls of some people no amount of rational sermons can change them so be it.However, let them always remember the mandinka proverb:"nee keh fula yeh kalli kaanaalah killin nekaa domo"! Maybe some of our Kaabu warriors on line can help us with that one! So Ebou welcome with any strategy and files that you or we can eventually use to fight a decent democratic game on line.I am sure the anger against you from some quarters stems from such factors. You were welcome with open arms by some because they thought that you were going to help in "staining" Jammeh now that you are apologetic,do not expect sweet candies! As far as Yero is concerned the more i am hated and snubbed by angry intellectuals and NOT REASONABLE ONES!the more i snore! By the way i have been informed that two of the architects of GambiaL are currently in the Gambia! I was so glad because i do pray to ALLAH that they stay there in peace and observe everything thus see for themselves if junglesunrise was fabricating stories or not! They will also see if the NIA will pounce on people without reasons.I do pray to ALLAH that the truth be identified one way or the other! MY questions are:WOULD A POLICE STATE ALLOW ARCH CRITICS TO CROSS THE AIRPORT WITHOUT BEING ARRESTED? WOULD A SYSTEM THAT ARRESTS EVERYBODY WHO DARES CRITICISE ALLOW THOSE WHO CRITICISE IT INTERNATIONALLY STAY THERE FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS WITHOUT ANY INCIDENT?! SOME OF THOSE IN THE GAMBIA ARE CRITICS THAT WE SAW ON LINE AND I RESPECT THEIR CRITICISM SO MUCH AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM RECOGNISE OUR EFFORTS. DR.ABDOULAYE SAINE IS ONE THOSE I RESPECT AND I DO EXPECT HIM TO GIVE US A FAIR JUDGEMENT WHEN HE RETURNS (if he did go?!). Well as far as i know our DRs crossed the airport peacefully.Or if some used the'gaalih lochos"from Barra then the NIA wasn't there to arrest them either! Two weeks ago some 'funny' character attempted to misinterprete my analysis by insinuating that i was tracking those who were using the "gaali lochos" from Barra! Ha! i laughed about that the whole night! Because the paranoia in some makes them suspect every body and everything! WELCOME HOME FRIENDS AND HAPPY 'MINGLING' WITHIN SEREKUNDA! Even the Sieraleonean associates some of these people travelwith have recognised the democracy back home! Where are the intelligent analysts with the impeccable sources?! Wasalaam!
