Whilst, I welcome the EU's grants, I wonder whether
this was not another form of DIPLOMATIC PROSTITUTION.
As you may know in January  Mr Marc Andre was declared
persona non gratia by the Gambia Government. Last week
we heard news that Marc Andre's expulsion has been
rescinded. What an irony then? any thoughts that the
D810 million dalasis grant has made APRC to rescind
its decision.
