Mr. Sidibeh,
As of now, I do not know whether the use of the Internet by our rural folks is comtemplated or not. However, I am aware that, through the support of some NGOs and the UNDP, the non-formal education sector has been somehow revived. The new education corriculum also, after a lot of consultation with other stakeholders, has tentatively incorporated the teaching of certain subjects that were not being taught in our madrassas. These subjects, such as mathematics, English language and science are being incorporated in the previously "Islamic schools" as of now. Hopefully, as time goes on, it may provide an alternative way of educating our farmers on new farming and conservation methods through the use of the net.
Have a good day, Gassa.
