Ngorr,

At least have the decency to reproduce my answer to Sanusi in its entirety. I am sure if Sanusi was not satisfied with my answer he would have asked me to clarify it.

If you must know, Sanusi wanted to know about the legality or otherwise of Mr. Njie's appointment as SOS. Being no legal expert and not familiar with the ruling of the commision in his case, as I was not in the country then, it would have been very unfair to try to give any opinion.

Secondly, I did ask about the legality or otherwise of his appointment as SOS and was told by someone that he was banned from holding public office for five years and that the five years had expired. He also posited that the chairman of the AFPRC had the prerogative to accept in part or wholly any report from any of the commissions of enquiry.

Rather than waiting for now to bring it up, why did't you offer any explanations of your own or ask me yourself? Hypocrite. Do you remember our last unfinished encounter? You promised to debunk some of the issues I raised about developments taking place here only to disappear until you find it convenient to re-surface again.

Finally, why do you not ask Sanusi why he also did not answer some of the questions that I asked him? Like I said before I do not hide behind any posting to make my point and have always spoken my mind regardless of the consequencies unlike some of you. If you despute that, search in the archives and reproduce any questions posed to me and see if I would not show an appropriate response given. You should understand also that in my bid to reach a conclusion with anyone regarding any issue is also guided by the principle of honesty and decorum. I refuse to debate any idiot who is not willing to forward tangible reasons that clearly indicate his/her stance on the subject being discussed. Such people, I will just ignore as I have much better things to do.

Dampha, you've said nothing new in your latest post and would therefore be ignored.

Have a good day, Gassa.
