Lat,

I know Axi Gai personally, but i also have high regards for Manu Kumba for his devotion on cultural development in the Gambia. I find the argument on whether he converted for personal reasons or for the love of the religion as completely irrelivant, for who are we to judge ones religious believes.

As far as I am concerned, it doesn't matter who the APRC nominates or appoints.  I wish the Banjulians the best and hope that they elect somebody who will serve their interests.

If Axi is completely convinced of his popularity, why can't he run on an independent ticket?
