What is Pa Sallah Jeng and the numerous other elected persons waiting for to be sworn in????

The S.O.S. for local gobment and Lanes. He/She or his/her assignee swears them in. If he is going out of town, assign someoneelse to do the darn swearing in. Why must life stop when he/she is not around????

Who is the S.O.S for LG&L???

MANLAFY JARJU.

Are you just now realising there is no provision in the constitution (that you tampered with) or the Local Gobment Bill (that you crafted and shoved down the assembly's throat ) that stipulates schedules for assumption of office??? Why did you not listen to Halifa when you were able. Do you refuse to be educated because Halifa is in the "opposition???

I presume you are waiting to add that clause of schedules in the bill and re-present it for passage in the assembly before you swear the elected persons in. Can you get any more pathetic even in mundane matters of state????

Les plus importants transformations sont les modifications "accidentelles".
Yours truly - Haruna.

Mafy has not done anything wrong. Is Pa Sallah Jeng the only one who is not
yet sworn in? No. No body has been sworn in yet. After all how long did it
take before the National Assembly Members were sworn in? How long did it
take before the President was sworn in?. You guys are making mountains out
of rubbish.
After all, there is no thing in
the Constitution or the Local Government Act that mentions the time frame
regarding the swearing in of elected local government official.
