Not everyone but few, will feel comfortable accepting the fact that they are tribalist. This denial of facts mean there will never come any changes in our attitudes regarding tribalism. Again if we accept the fact that we are tribalist then we are ready to change and discuss the issue effectively with openness. This comes to my mind when Beran is calling for invitation to forming a broader base Gambian organization and the difficulties they have encountered in their first session. If a root of an organization is wollof, mandingoes will not be pleased and therefore formed their own organization to challenge the existing one. The proper example is the mighty post which was formed because they are not satisfied with the rules and regulations of the GL and her personnel. I am not saying that all those in the mighty post are mandinkas or wollofs but just making a point on how African particularly Gambian will be problematic to form a broad base organization.

There is however, one golden rule: Do not express your anger in a way that might harm yourself or others. We will have to speak from our own experiences by using words like, "I think", "I feel", "I am angry", "I am experiencing such and such". We will have to be realistic in finding out and saying or expressing our needs and wants hence other people are not mind readers. for example, I will like X, is that okay with you than to say,  this is what I like and is what I will get no more no less. We should be prepare to negotiate, because others have their own agendas, too. We should stop blaming other people and say accusatively, "you didn't or did this and that. We need to find a true target of our anger and refrain from always blaming or accuse other of it.
