I really consider it my responsibility to be present at any open gathering where the possibilities for a better Gambia are discussed and an organization of the kind you envision can do a lot for Gambia and Gambians. And yes, it behooves all of us as Gambians "to come and put this organization together." We will always have sycophants, hyprocrites and opportunists in our midst - those in the front for individual interests do not have staying power, Pa, and will disappear ones those interests are satisfied; They contribute zilch, are dangerous and bring nothing b ut bloody mayhem on a society. It is critical that the contradictions in our communities, those that have kept us from coming together as one, are addressed. We have to learn from the mistakes/mis-steps of the orgnaizations that we had if we want to have a viable and sustainable body. Every new organization will have its share of mistakes, but they should not be the mistakes of the organizations of yesterday. I will come to listen and participate.
