Sillah The whole business of Collective Responsibility is that all members at high level are held responsible for its Organisation's SUCCESS/FAILURES. If Waa Juwara believes that the Leadership of the UDP has failed, then why is he still calling himself the National Organising Secretary of the UDP??? What Waa Juwara is currently embarked upon is just similar to the political struggle between Denis Healey and Tony Benn, for that one time vacant post of Deputy Leader of the Labour Party. In fact, historians have attributed this political struggle between Healey/Benn as a direct result for Labour Party 's long wait in the political wilderness, so lets wait and see for the consequences.
