I was about to respond to Habibs' post stating that this verse is not in the Qur'an. It is indeed in the Qur'an as you pointed out, but definitely quoted out of context to further inspire discord. I am glad that you have added the parts of the verse they deliberately ommitted. Allah is never unjust and He never directs his followers to be unjust. There are extremists in every religion, but there are also those who are looking for every possible way to term muslims as extremists and fanatics. All one needs is the buzz word Terrorists these days, and omit a verse or two, and you have the ammunition you need to spread senseless panic.
