Sidi,

This is a sad development. I got the news this morning. My only worry about the peace deal is the message it is sending in already fragile Africa to those war mongers.  Is it that someone can deceide to pick up a gun and fight, then be rewarded with positions. At the sametime i am confused as to what is the best solution to this crisis because i can't see it ending. We don't want to go back to the Liberian and Sierra Leonean Situation.
